The work can be framed displaying the original mat or replacing it with a different colour one on top, covering the original but not removing it. The artist often signs these card mats on the reverse, so we recommend keeping all the original identification elements intact.

Do not store the works in a dark, humid place. Do not expose them to very extreme temperatures directly.

Metal engravings are best kept and displayed framed with glass to protect the metal.

They can also be displayed without any frame or mount, but be careful not to leave finger prints or scratch the surface. If they need to be cleaned, to do so with a very soft, dry cloth.
