1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Thalassa Arte is an online art gallery based in Oviedo, Spain. We specialize in selling artworks, including small and custom-made pieces. Our registered business address is Peñasanta de Enol, Oviedo, Spain.

2. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes.

Payments are securely processed through our designated payment providers.

Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We deliver within Spain and selected international locations.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the size and destination of the artwork.

Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been dispatched.

4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the unique nature of our artworks, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies to distance sales in accordance with applicable law, except in legally excluded cases.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order or personalised artworks, in accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

In all other cases, refunds may be reduced if the artwork shows use, handling, or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect the item. For more information, please consult our return policy.

Damaged Shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@thalassa-arte.com with photographs of the damage and the packaging.

Once we verify the claim, we will evaluate the situation or issue a full refund.

The return shipping cost for items damaged during shipping will be covered by Thalassa Arte.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artworks, images, and content on this website are the property of Thalassa Arte and/or the respective artists.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. LIABILITY

Thalassa Arte is not responsible for any indirect damages, such as loss of income, resulting from delays or issues with delivery.

We reserve the right to modify prices, product availability, or these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Use are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oviedo, Spain.
